The Safety Check Database
We have developed a database which provides us with a system to manage one to tens-of-thousands of your contractors. This database will be stored on our secure servers and regularly backed-up. We will also keep all documentation and correspondence sent from your contractors to us, as well as the correspondence sent to your contractor from us!

From the Safety Check database we will be able to extract any information that you require. For example you may wish to know all of the Painting & Decorating contractors that you have at a Preferred status level and we will be able to filter out this specific information for you. Alternatively, or as well, you may wish to see all of the contractors on your database that have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5 million pounds. The Safety Check Database offers you a straight-forward management system for your contractors at a minimal cost to you. The contractors information will then be flagged for re-assessment purposes in 12 months time.
